How to Invest in Starship Capital Fund in 3 steps

Fund is currrently invite-only. Min deposit is $10,000 USDC.

1) Pre-Requirements:

a) Create a Metamask Wallet: https://metamask.io/download

b) Deposit $ETH (for transaction fees) and $USDC (fund denomination asset).

The Easiest way to achieve that: - Buy $ETH with Metamask or deposit on Metamask from an Exchange. (Coinbase, Binance, etc) - Convert $ETH to $USDC: https://app.uniswap.org/#/swap or https://1inch.exchange/ (Keep $ETH on the wallet for transaction fees)

2) Whitelist

In order to invest in Starship Capital, you must first complete the whitelist form. Your information will be reviewed and when approved your ERC20 wallet will be added to the Investor's Whitelist.

Once approved, you will receive an email from [e-mail] with approval confirmation. Afterwards, you may proceed to step two.

3) Enzyme Platform

Once you've arrived at Starship Capital Vault, you'll need to connect your Ethereum wallet to the frontend app (website). Click on the Connect Wallet button in the top right corner and choose your connection provider. If you do not see your preferred provider, please leave us feedback.

Once you're connected, make sure you've got some ETH to pay for gas, then click the Deposit button in the top right corner of the Vault's page. That will launch a modal that looks like this:

A Vault by definition has a Denomination Asset. This is the asset against which all benchmarks are measured for the Vault's fees, and it's the asset with which you'll need to invest. In the case above, the Vault's Denomination Asset is USDC, in Choose the amount of the asset you'd like to invest and click Continue. Your connection provider will pop up asking for permission for app.enzyme.finance to spend your tokens. Click Confirm and the next modal will pop up.

Clicking Submit will bring up your connection provider again and you'll be prompted to confirm the contract interaction. Once you've done that, and the transaction is successfully mined, you are officially a token-holder. The app will take a moment to reflect the changes.

Ownership in the Starship Capital Vault is represented by an ERC-20 token that enables you to redeem your shares. You can see an example of one of these tokens here.

Investment in a Starship Capital Vault only occurs through this two-step process. Do not, under any circumstances, send assets directly to the fund contracts. While they will appear in the fund, you will not have a claim on them to redeem.
